Gale arranged for a Technician to come the next (business) day. Technician Gary made the repair right away with a spring and parts he had on his truck - He didn't have to go to the Shop to get a part, he had it on his truck! That's the way to do business!

and they were on time. showed up 8am, fixed the door, did some extra stuff so we wouldn't lock it by mistake (we don't have the key) and was very reasonably priced. Honestly thought it was going to be way more. So, just an FYI. PLUS SOMEONE ACTUALLY ANSWERED THE PHONE!!! WOW...
